I listen, understand, comfort, coach, fortify, and challenge all those who seek my counsel - I coach from the heart, and my amazing teaching resources. When it comes to understanding clients' needs, I am the loving minister, acclaimed shaman, mother, crone, artist, best friend and strict teacher. You will find me to be all those and many more. My joy comes from watching you grow in this amazing dance known as life.

Individuality is the key - There is no magic formula to my work, as there is no magic formula to life. With each client I am guided and supported in helping you to undo the knots that hold you in your life patterns. Together we will develop the tools that will break your decision circles and enable you to act rather than re-act!
My role - I am here as guide and guardian. I have survived through decades of personal loss, inappropriate decisions, depression, great anxiety and loneliness. I believe in the power of faith and meditation. I come, not as a judge or prophet, but as a patient teacher, who will also be forceful at times. My passion is supporting and encouraging you to discover your skills and to live from your greatness.
I come with a fresh outlook. We have no history, so I can easily find your strengths. I keep a low client base to provide individual attention. I come with a cheerful attitude ready to listen and HEAR your story. Help you explore positive change.
Where will we work - Many of my clients meet me in my office, in Fort Collins Colorado. We can also meet in your home, or other location. That trip would be impossible for my wonderful clients in Europe and many other states, so we work together by phone. I reserve a minimum of 90 minutes for a session - generally weekly or bi-weekly. |

You might feel that in the initial sessions you would like to schedule additional time. That is fine and often helpful in getting over the hurdle and to the core of the issue. Whatever it takes to help your successful journey. I have had clients in crisis come and spend several days with me in active working sessions! |

Initial Consultation - 30 minute free Introductory Session to see if coaching is for you. Every life coaching relationship is unique, so we will discuss and explore if we will work together. Once we decide to continue, we will plan our first session.
Fees - My hourly fee is $120, (please remember sessions are a minimum 90 minutes). This fee includes short emergency phone and email consults between sessions. If these sessions become more involved, they are billable in 15 minute increments. I accept payment by check or credit card.
General Program Schedule - Most clients find that they want to schedule two to four sessions per month. Remember there will be homework between sessions that will help you to progress on your Decisions Journey. While much can be accomplished in each session, progress varies. Generally clients feel ready to move to an "as needed" program in three to four months. |

Coaching is customized to meet your personal goals and financial needs. If you would like to make rapid shifts in your life, frequent sessions would be recommended. If you prefer time to process and integrate your newly learned skills, then meeting twice a month might work better for your full integration.
Remember coaching is all about you. My role is to enable creative possibilities to empower you in making positive Decisions! Know you will be empowering skills that will serve you a lifetime.
